Ive got tons of indian books, this one is the best book ever, a true guide on how to cook your family the best indian/pakistani food. I am white english,my husband is pakistani and I learnt how to cook true indian/pakistani food myself with the help of this book, my mother in law was amazed when I cooked a meal for her. This book is brilliant.
