This is the calculator I recommend to my A-Level students. It is capable of all the calculations associated with C2, C3, C4, M1, M2, S1, S2, FP1, FP2, NM and more.
Furthermore, since the differentiation and integration functions are numerical approximations only (using Newtonian techniques) this calculator does NOT perform symbolic calculus and is therefore permitted in the examination. The algebraic functions (matrices, equation solving, polynomial substitutions etc) are also numeric rather than algebraic so again the question of symbolic capability does not arise.
It is as if CASIO has taken to the limit all that is permitted in a calculator before it becomes banned in an exam under JCQ regulations.
As Head of Maths in an OFSTED-rated Outstanding Maths Department, I am delighted to endorse this product fully.

This calculator is amazing, I would be surprised if most people knew how much this calculator is capable of as it does require a little User Guide reading to understand all of it!
You can enter the vales for simultaneous/quadratic/cubic equations and it will return the correct values of X for you, and that's only the tip of the iceburg as to be honest I don't even understand most of the more complex functions.
If only I bought this BEFORE my GCSE exams!!
