All I can say is my husband and I have been doing this since April 09, and he has lost 2 1/2 stone, I have lost little over 2 stone. It is the easiest "diet" I have ever done. Highly recommended.

Wow wow wow, this book is a revelation!!!! I've been on the regime now, for 8 days and have lost 6lbs in weight, I feel so in control of my eating, less obsessive about food, and generally more calm, positive and happier. I have more energy, and truely believe my old eating habits have disappeared. I have another 1+half stone maybe more to lose, and after I have, I will remain with this new eating pattern for life. This is the best money I have ever spent. I would highly recommend this to anyone, any age, weight etc. Please dont read and listen to any negativity towards this book, as I have changed for the better 100% with my eating, and lost alot of weight in a short time already.

I brought this book a while ago, It sounded to good to be true & it is !! Like all self help books it only works if you want it too......I read it through thoughly there are some good examples, and the points raised are good, but don't expect miracles. I have to admit I did get bored with it all !!
