Terms and Conditions

For lost/damaged DVDs a charge may be incurred. Your DVD rental membership will be valid for 16 weeks from activation. At the end of the 16 week period you have the choice of cancelling your membership or continuing to receive rentals. Continuing with the service is easy - you do not have to do anything. To cancel all we ask is that you contact us to confirm your cancellation and return all discs before the end of your rental period. If you do not cancel your membership beyond the gift subscription period you will be transferred to a 2 disc tariff and will be charged at the prevailing pricing at the time. There is no minimum membership period and no commitment beyond the end of the gift's duration; the membership can be cancelled at any time.
