A agree totally with previous posting. Vouchers received can not be redeemed in WHSmithentertainment, which is very disappointing as a large gift was received and my children wanted to purchase expensive wii games but could not.

As already pointed out by another reviewer, these cannot be used online and therefore you are limited to what is available in store. As well as having a smaller range, the prices are often better online and the staff won't bother you by trying to sell you cheap chocolate. Get e-vouchers instead!

Beware giving these as presents!! My children received £200 of WHSmith vouchers for Christmas. After looking on the internet site they were very excited that they were going to buy an ipod touch and an ipod nano with them, only to be very disappointed to find these products are not available in the shops and the vouchers can not be spent online. You can order these products into the shops if you pay by cash/debit card etc but you can not buy them using gift vouchers. Despite contacting the Head Office no one would help our children to purchase what they really wanted, this is a lot of money for young children to waste on products they don't want and a real disappointment to children at Christmas. There are other products being sold by WHSmith that can not be bought with their vouchers, so be careful.
