Find out where we deliver and how to collect from your chosen WHSmith store.
WHSmith delivers to UK addresses. This means:
- England (including the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly)
- Scotland (including the Orkney and Shetland Islands)
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
- BFPO addresses
- any WHSmith high street store (not smaller stores at airports and train stations, for example)
Your delivery will be sent to the delivery address you gave when you confirmed your order.
Although we don't deliver to addresses outside the UK, we can take orders from overseas to deliver to UK addresses.
eBooks are available to customers with a UK billing address associated with their payment card.
We deliver to any high street WHSmith store, completely free. We'll email you to let you know when we have dispatched your order. Take a copy of this email with you to the store.

Books are delivered once a week so if you order by 9pm Tuesday, your book will be ready to collect Friday.
Stationery, gifts, electronics and magazine gift packs are delivered at least twice a week in most stores.
To have your WHSmith items delivered to more than one address, you need to make a separate order for each location.
We'll also split a single order if all of your items can't be delivered by the method you choose. For example, a gift voucher can only be delivered to a home address. So if you ordered a book and a gift voucher and chose store delivery, we'd split your order into 2 parts. The book will go to the store and the voucher to your home address.

Once your order has been confirmed, you can't change your delivery address. What you need to do is cancel your order and place a new one. You can do this using My Orders in My Account.
Our orders are delivered by several different postal services.
High value orders will need a signature when they are delivered to a personal address.
Many of our couriers will make several attempts to deliver a package. If you're not in, they should leave a card to tell you they've tried to deliver your package and give details of how to contact them to rearrange the delivery. If a package can't be delivered, it will be returned to us. We'll refund the payment onto the card you paid with.
We'll let you know if a package has been returned to us and you can make a new order if you want to.
