Register your WHSmith gift pack

Please note that you will need to wait for 24 hours after buying the pack to register it.

Depending on who's supplying it, you can register your gift pack in 1 of 3 ways:

• 1. Online at this website
• 2. Online at the gift supplier's website
• 3. By calling the supplier

Register a gift pack in someone else's name

When you receive the gift pack it will include instructions on registering or personalising it.

You don't need to personalise gift packs like Name a Star or Name a Rose when you order them - so you don't need to register the gift in the name of the person you're buying it for.

Where can I find my activation code?

You can find your activation code in one of 2 places depending on when your gift pack was purchased

• 1. A sticker on the reverse of the pack - the code will look similar to this: A01-234-567
• 2. A barcode and number on the top edge of your gift pack - the code will look similar to this: 2220123456789

What to do if you can't find your activation code

If there's no activation code on the pack, here's how to get one so you can register your gift pack:

Gift packs bought online: contact customer service to get a number - you'll need the order number.

Gift packs bought in a store: return the pack to the store - with your receipt - and we'll give you a number.
