Before it's ready to send out, you can change an order by logging into My Account or by contacting us by phone or email.
You can cancel an order right up until your items are ready to send out to you - this is when we take your card payment. You can't cancel an order if it's ready to send. To see your order status, go to My Account and select My Orders.
If you have a larger order that's being sent separately, you can cancel any items that are not yet ready to send to you.
To cancel all items or a specific item in your order go to My Account, select My Orders.
When your cancellation is made, you'll be sent a confirmation email.
If you accidentally cancel an order, simply click on the product in My Orders and order it again.
If we've been unable to supply a product within 60 days, we'll cancel the order and notify you - with the exception of products that have yet to be released.
Does your order include a multi-buy promotion such as 3 for 2? You can't cancel just part of your order - you have to cancel the whole order.
You can make changes to your order before it is ready to send to you - after this time, the order can't be changed.
The best way to change your order is to visit My Account and go to My Orders. You can also change the payment card for your order in My Profile within My Account.
Once you've made an order, you can't add products to the order, change your delivery address or merge several orders together.
