Follow these simple steps to get your order delivered to your door or nearest WHSmith store.
We've made the ordering process nice and simple for you:
- 1. Find the product you're after
- 2. Select Add to Basket
- 3. Either carry on shopping, look at what's in your basket or head straight to the checkout
- 4. To increase the quantity or remove something from your basket, select View Basket
- 5. Once you're happy with your selection(s), choose your postage option and select Go to Secure Checkout
- 6. Before you make your payment, you need to log in or register
- 7. Now enter your payment details, then review your order
- 8. All confirmed? Great - you see an order confirmation, which we'll also email to you
- 9.We won't charge you until your items are ready to send
If for any reason your transaction is declined, we will ask you for alternative payment details. We won't charge you until the items are ready to send to you.
Even if some products have different delivery time estimates, we'll send everything as soon as possible.
If one item is listed as in stock and another has an estimated dispatch time of 1-2 weeks, we'll send you the in stock item straight away.
Any out-of-stock items will be sent to you as soon as they become available. You won't be charged any more than the postage cost quoted when you first ordered.
You can also pre-order items before they go on general release. Before you pre-order you'll see the release date on the product page. As soon as it's out, we'll send it straight to you and you'll only be charged then.
If you're ordering items in bulk, we can sometimes offer discounts beyond our already discounted online prices.

We don't sell all WHSmith stationery and gifts on the website, but we are adding new products all the time. To suggest we stock something online, please email us.
