You can get a refund or exchange in store or by post. Partner sites have their own refund policies.

No, we only make refunds onto the card you placed the order with.

We only deal with WHSmith website refunds. For other refunds, contact the partner site directly.

We refund you for the original item and ask you to place your order again.
