How Does It Work?
It’s simple! You’ll earn 1 point for every £1 you spend and 1 point is worth 1 penny, for example… collect 100pts save £1.00, collect 250pts save £2.50 etc.
Using your card is easy
In store, present your Clubcard to the cashier who will swipe the card at the start of the transaction. On our website, enter your Clubcard number in the box provided on the checkout screen. Please note that points can only be earned online for purchases made with WHSmith.co.uk, and not with any of our partner companies.
Every time you use your card in a High Street store your current points balance will appear on your till receipt. To redeem your points in our High Street and larger airport and station stores simply tell the cashier at the start of the transaction that you would like to use your Clubcard points and the points will be deducted from your balance. Don’t worry if you don’t have enough points to pay in full, you can use a combination of points and cash.
Are there any restrictions?
Points will not be awarded on and cannot be redeemed against purchases of gift vouchers, charity products, stamps, Lotto products, phonecards, book tokens, theatre tokens, tobacco, cigarettes and certain other goods that may be notified from time to time.
Smaller WHSmith stores at airports and stations and WHSmith.co.uk are unable to redeem Clubcard points although points can be earned in these stores.
