Online Customer Services
WHSmith.co.uk aim to respond to all messages as quickly as possible however at busy times this may take up to 48 hours. If your query is urgent (such as an order cancellation or a change of delivery address), we recommend you call our Customer Services team on 0870 444 6 444 and select option 3, lines are open 9am-5:25pm, Monday-Saturday except for public/bank holidays and Wednesdays when we are closed from 4.45pm for training.
You can alternatively check or cancel your order by going to the “My Account” section of the website.
Email messages are personally read and replied to by our UK based Customer Service team so you can be sure that someone will be acting on your query. After emailing our Customer Service team you will receive an "acknowledgement of receipt" email, followed by a personal reply.
