Close a Credit Account

Should you for any reason want to close your WHSmith.co.uk credit account you can do this simply by emailing the customer support team at support@whsmith.co.uk from the email address that is registered to the account.

Please note that once the account is closed if you should want to open a new credit account you will not be able to re-use the email address and an alternative email will be required.
