Credit Accounts

WHSmith.co.uk is pleased to offer credit accounts to UK based schools, colleges, government institutions, charities and companies.

For certain customers a WHSmith.co.uk credit account could be a preferred way of shopping with us. Rather than payment being made via credit or debit card an invoice is sent with each dispatch to be settled within 30 days.

Once a credit account has been agreed and set up customers can place their orders online in the normal way. On receipt of an order we will check the current outstanding balance of the account, the order value and agreed credit limit.

The order will be processed if there is enough credit left to cover the cost of the order. Should the order take you over your credit limit the order will be held until part of the outstanding balance from previous orders has been paid.

WHSmith.co.uk reserves the right to terminate a credit account if payment is not received promptly.

Who Can Apply?

All WHSmith.co.uk credit accounts are subject to approval. We will accept applications from UK based schools, colleges, government institutions, charities and companies.

Please note that all orders must be placed by the account holder via WHSmith.co.uk. Due to the nature of how orders are placed through the website and dispatched from our suppliers we are not able to include any purchase order numbers or additional information with dispatches.
