Estimated Delivery Dates
The availability for each product on our website is displayed on its product detail page. Your order may contain items with different dispatch or delivery times. Our availability information is updated regularly but it is possible that in some instances, a product may become unavailable between updates. In such cases, we will endeavor to find an alternative supplier for the item and will keep you informed about the progress of your order. We will also let you know if it's necessary to cancel your order.
The information below shows when you can expect your item to be delivered to your chosen address once you have received your dispatch confirmation email.
Delivery to UK addresses
Orders going to standard UK addresses should be delivered within 1-3 working days* of dispatch.
Delivery to WHSmith stores
Orders going to WHSmith stores should be available for collection within 1-2 working days* of dispatch.
Delivery from WHSmith Jersey
Orders from WHSmith Jersey should be delivered within 5-7 working days* of dispatch.
* Working day is classed as Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.

Delivery to store option is currently available to 553 of our participating UK stores.
Overseas Delivery
We are unable to deliver goods to non-UK addresses. However, we will still happily accept orders from overseas that are delivered to a UK address - perfect if you are looking for gifts for a friend or family member in the UK.
UK delivery addresses
We can only deliver to UK addresses. The locations we classify as qualifying as UK addresses are listed below:
- England (including Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly)
- Scotland (including the Orkney and Shetland Islands)
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
- BFPO addresses
