From your My Account page you can find up to date information about your orders, amend your profile details, and edit communication preferences.

Forgotten your password?

Visit the Forgotten Password page to submit the email address you registered with. A temporary password will be sent to you. This will enable able you to log in to your account where you can change the password to something more memorable.

Is this secure? Your email address is unique to you and is the "key" to your WHSmith.co.uk details. Replacement Passwords are only issued to the corresponding email address.

Newsletters

WHSmith.co.uk would like to be able to keep you up to date with all of their relevant news and latest offers. By tailoring your WHSmith.co.uk communication preferences you can control what information is sent to you.

To change your Newsletter preferences simply log in to My Account and then select "Manage my newsletters, preferences and communications".

Updating your details

Once you have created an account with WHSmith.co.uk you can access all of your personal details at any time to view or update information as required at My Account.
