Where is my Order

You can view details of any orders placed on your account at any time via the ‘My Orders’ section of ‘My Account’.

For each order you can view what you ordered, the delivery address of each item, your payment details and whether your products have been dispatched or are still on order.

The status of your order is summarised as:

• In Progress – Your order is being processed. Some items within the order may already have been despatched.
• Complete – All the items in your order have been despatched or cancelled.
• Partially Complete – Some of the items ordered have been despatched or cancelled and the other are in progress.

Each line within an order will move through the following statuses on its way to you:

• Received – We have your order.
• In Progress – Your order is being processed.
• In Despatch Process – Your products are ready to be despatched to you and will be despatched shortly.
• Despatched – Your order is in the post and on its way to you.

Other statuses you may see are:

• Awaiting Stock – We do not currently have stock and have placed an order with our supplier.
• Not Yet Published – The Book, DVD, CD or Game has not been released yet.
• Currently Reprinting – The Book is being reprinted and on order with our supplier.
• Cancelled – You or we have cancelled your order. You will have received an email to confirm this and the reason for the cancellation.
• Pending Cancellation – You have requested that we cancel a line or an order and this request is being processed. You will receive a confirmatory email if this cancellation has been possible.
• Please contact Customer Services – You have found an issue with your order. Please contact us if you have not already heard from us.

If you chose to contact us by phone please have your order number and the email address used when you placed your order ready as this will help us locate your details as quickly as possible.
