Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with everything you buy from WHSmith.co.uk. However, if for any reason you are not, simply return it to us in its original condition with your receipt within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly find you a replacement or refund your money.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Products can be returned under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt
• Books must be in unused (re-saleable) condition
• CDs, DVDs and Video Games must have their holographic seal or shrink-wrap intact
• Computer games and software which requires a unique licence cannot be returned unless they are faulty
• Magazine gift packs and Experience gift packs can only be returned providing that they are in their original condition and have not been activated
• Any other item must be returned in new condition with its original packing and accessories
