- 1. Click 'Edit' > 'Preferences'
- 2. Click on 'Privacy & Security'
- 3. Click on 'Cookies'
- 4. Select 'Enable all Cookies'
- 5. Click 'OK'

- 2. Click on 'Advanced'

Downloading PDF's
A PDF (Portable Document Format) file is an electronic document, such as our credit account application form.
PDFs can be viewed from any computer system as long as your computer has Adobe Reader installed.
If you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your PC you can download the program free of charge from http://www.adobe.com/uk/.
To open a PDF you can either click on the link to open it in your browser, or right click on the link, then "Save Target As" which will allow you to save the PDF to your computer.
Uninstalling Our Software
How do I uninstall BT Click from my computer?
If you have installed BT Click but would now like to remove this software, please follow the instructions below:
- 1. Right-click with your mouse on the icon labelled "WHSmith Online Powered by BT Click" on your desktop and select "Delete". This will remove the dialler from the system.
- 2. You should then restart the machine.
- 3. Once the PC has restarted, open the Control Panel by pressing "Start > Settings > Control Panel". Now select "Add/Remove Programs". From this menu, select "Microsoft Connection Manager" and click "Add/Remove". This will remove Connection Manager.
- 4. You should now restart your PC again. When it has restarted you will be ready to either remove IE5 or restore your previous browser installation depending on which installation option you chose when you installed IE5.
- 5. From the "Add/Remove Programs" menu (once again accessed as above) you should select "Internet Explorer 5 and Internet Tools". This will present a menu with the various uninstall options and options to add components. You should select the appropriate option and follow the steps to remove or restore the browser.
If you complete these steps you will remove the WHSmith Online software from your computer.
How do I uninstall WHSmithnet from my computer?
If you have installed WHSmithnet but would now like to remove this software, please follow the instructions below:
- 1. Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel. Now double click on "Add/Remove Programs". Highlight "WHSmithnet" and click "Add/Remove".
- 2. Follow the prompts to remove the WHSmithnet software from your computer.
- 3. You will no longer be able to access the WHSmithnet service once you have uninstalled the software.
How do I uninstall Tiscali from my computer?
