Cecelia Ahern

Only in her 30s, Cecelia has achieved a lot in such a short space of time. At the ripe age of 21, and shortly after completing her degree in Journalism and Media Communications, she wrote her most famous novel to date: PS. I Love You. The book catapulted her into the spotlight - it was an international bestseller and was adapted as a motion picture in 2007, starring Hilary Swank and Gerard Butler. Her second book, Where Rainbows End (in the US it is known as Love, Rosie), was also a number one bestseller in the UK and Ireland.

Other novels written by Cecelia include If You Could See Me Now and A Place Called Here. Her books seem to strike a chord on a worldwide scale; they are published in 46 countries with over 15 million copies sold. She has also co-created a hit US comedy series - Samantha Who? - and Love, Rosie has been made into a movie due for release this year. Cecelia has made charity contributions using the royalties from her short stories, including Ladies' Night and Irish Girls are Back in Town, and lives in Dublin with her husband, daughter and son.

How To Fall In Love

Uplifting, captivating and charmingly inspiring, How to Fall in Love is a 'lump in your throat' kind of book. Adam Basil and Christine Rose's paths cross late one night when Adam is on the Halfpenny Bridge in Dublin - poised and ready to take his own life. Christine makes a hasty deal with him: she will show Adam that life is worth living before his looming 35th birthday. She has only two weeks to prove that he can fall in love with his life again - but as the countdown begins and the pair of them embark on romantic escapades, will she win this seemingly-impossible bet?
