Do you stock the product I'm looking for online?
We offer many of the products you would expect from WHSmith stores. Find out more about what we sell online.
The best way to check whether we have a product is to use the search box at the top of every page. Check our tips on searching for products
Are you in stock?
You'll find whether we have stock of a product on that product's page.
If it is in stock with our supplier we will show "IN STOCK", otherwise we will provide an estimated time it will take us to get it from our supplier.
Leadtimes are summarised as 1-3 days, 4-6 days, 1-2 weeks, 2-4 weeks and 4 weeks or more. All these periods are based on working days (Monday to Friday).
If you order a product we will dispatch it to your address within 24 hours of us receiving stock of the product.
Please note that our availability information is updated hourly throughout the day. There is a low risk that if our supplier runs out of stock and you place an order before we have updated our stock availability message then you will wait longer for your order than you expected.
When will you get stock?
If we are out of stock you will find our estimate of when we will get stock on the product page. This is an estimate based on how long it usually takes to get stock of product from the relevant supplier.
