Cancel or change an order?

Before it's ready to send out, you can change an order by logging into My Account.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel all or part of your order up until your items are ready to send out to you - this is when we take your credit or debit card payment. You can't cancel an order if it's ready to send. If you have an account you'll find the status of your order and items in your order in My Orders.

If you have an order that's being sent in a number of separate dispatches, you can cancel any items that are not yet ready to send to you.

Does your order include a multi-buy promotion such as Buy One Get One Free or a Promotion Code? You can't cancel just some of the promoted products - you have to cancel all of them.

If we've been unable to supply a product within 60 days, we'll cancel the order and notify you - with the exception of products that have yet to be published or released.

How do I cancel my order?

If you have an account, follow these steps to cancel the whole order:

1. Go to My Orders, you may be prompted to sign-in

2. Click to VIEW the order you wish to cancel

3. Click MODIFY ORDER (if this button is not shown the order has progressed beyond the point at which it can be cancelled. If you do not want the items please return them to us)

4. Click CANCEL ENTIRE ORDER. We will email you to confirm that we have cancelled your order.

Can I change my order?

You can cancel all or some items from your order before they are ready to send to you - after this time, the order can't be changed. If you have an account find the status of your order and items in your order in My Orders.

Once you've placed an order, you can't add products to the order, change your delivery address, delivery method or your payment.

How do I change my order?

If you have an account follow these steps to cancel some of the items:

1. Go to My Orders, you may be prompted to sign-in

2. Click to VIEW the order you wish to cancel items from

3. Click MODIFY ORDER (if this button is not shown the order has progressed beyond the point at which it can be cancelled. If you do not want the items please return them to us)

4. Change the quantity of the products to the number that you would now like to receive, setting the quantity to zero will cancel all units of that product. (if this button is not shown the order has progressed beyond the point at which it can be changed. If you do not want the items please return them to us)

5. Click UPDATE ORDER to make the change

6. When you have changed your order, we'll send you a confirmation email.
