How to add or change details - such as delivery address and payment card - and sign up to WHSmith emails.
Once you've created an online account with WHSmith you can see or update your personal details at any time by going to My Account. With My Profile you can change your name, address, contact details and password.
To update your card details, go to My Profile. You can amend or delete your payment details or add a new card to your account. Remember you need to enter the correct billing address for each payment card.
If you prefer, you can update your details by telephone. Call the customer service team on 0845 604 6543 and select option 1.
Our emails are a great way to keep up to date with the latest WHSmith offers and news. You don't need to have an account to sign up.

If you have an account, you can let us know if you're interested in books, DVDs, music, etc (we aim to send tailored emails in the future):
- 1. log into My Account
- 2. select Manage my newsletters, preferences + communications
- 3.select My Interests

To unsubscribe from WHSmith emails, click the unsubscribe link in an email or go to:
- 1. log into My Account
- 2. select Manage my newsletters, preferences + communications
- 3. select Unsubscribed
This is a secure way of giving you a new password, as your email address is unique to you and we only send new passwords to the email address you registered with.
