Set Up a Credit Account

If you are eligible and would like to apply for a WHSmith.co.uk credit account please complete the credit account application form.

To open the document you will need to have access to Adobe Reader which can be downloaded free of charge here.

Please email your application form to support@whsmith.co.uk.

If approved an account will be created by the Customer Service team using the details you have provided in your application. Confirmation will then be emailed to the named account holder advising that they can now order, and how to do this via the website.

Occasionally we will have reason to decline an account application. Should your application not be approved we will email the named account holder to advise of the decline, details of the application will however remain on file. You will of course still be welcome to create an online account using a credit or debit card as payment.
