Delivery Times

The availability for each product on our website is displayed on its product detail page. Your order may contain items with different dispatch or delivery times.

Our availability information is updated regularly but it is possible that in some instances, a product may become unavailable between updates.

In such cases, we will endeavor to find an alternative supplier for the item and will keep you informed about the progress of your order. We will also let you know if it's necessary to cancel your order.

The information below shows when you can expect your item to be delivered to your chosen address once you have received your dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery to UK addresses

Orders going to UK addresses should be delivered within 1-3 working days* of dispatch.

Delivery to WHSmith stores

Orders going to WHSmith stores should be available for collection within 1-2 working days* of dispatch.

Delivery from WHSmith Jersey

Orders from WHSmith Jersey should be delivered within 5-7 working days* of dispatch.

* Working days are classed as Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.
