Since she was a kitten Lizzie has lived on a small country farm with Grace, Craig and their parents. She has grown into a good farm cat and now has kittens of her own. They were born in the same stable where she had spent most of her days, living with Toby the sturdy brown farm horse. Rusty is the most curious and adventurous of Lizzie's kittens. He is always the first to tumble out of their box and lead the way in their mischievous games. It is this curiosity and adventurous spirit which gives him the first glimpse of a world of wonder he has never known.
