This is a delightful illustrated alphabet inspired by classic images from traditional Western tattoo designs. Written and illustrated by renowned tattoo artist Paul Slifer, the book combines his love for classic tattoo art with his interest in children's books, which was piqued when he became the father of two girls. Painted in the traditional "flash" style of tattoo design making, this book was designed to appeal to parents looking for a different type of alphabet book for their children as well as fans of tattoo art and illustrated books. With its retro, folk art charm and engaging verse, this is a playful book which celebrates a venerable artistic heritage in a new innovative way. You can also make the book part of your decor with a special alphabet poster included with each book. Great for all ages.
