His other books include The Unredeemed: Anti-Semitism in the Soviet Union and Rudy, Rudy, Rudy: The Real and the Rational, a biography of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani. Editor, Peri Devaney was the founding editor of Data Center Management and Executive Director of the magazine s publishing company. She then went on to form PERIodicals, an editorial, marketing, and design company, and she served as editorial consultant and rewrite editor for Diary of a Dirty Little War: The Spanish American War of 1898 and Richmond Pearson Hobson: Naval Hero from Magnolia Grove."
