About Author

John Schroeder was the producer and co-producer for no less than one hundred and seventy artists throughout his career, including Cliff Richard, The Shadows, Helen Shapiro and Status Quo. John was also initially responsible for bringing the Tamla Motown label to the UK. He later formed his own label, Alaska, signing a band named Cymande who are still the first British black band to conquer America. John has just completed their fourth album.
