Isaac is Senior Fellow at the Academy for Tourism, Breda University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands and Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management at Bethlehem University, Palestine. He has been working for 20 years in the field.Richard Butler is Emeritus Professor at Strathclyde University and has been active for more than 40 years in the field.
