Tom Cheke, a former brilliant RAF test pilot, moves to the Caribbean after inheriting a derelict plantation in Antigua. Still bound by the Official Secrets Act, he is the only man trusted by the British Government and a large American insurance company to bring Kevin McIlroy to justice. Aided by an American heiress, an Australian ex-pilot and the Royal Navy, he uses his expert flying skills in the hunt for McIlroy.
Laurie Seago-Taylor lives in Norfolk and is a retired businessman and pilot. Throughout his career he has lived and worked in Australia and the Caribbean, the latter of which is what inspired him to write this book. He's also travelled extensively, working on business in the Middle East. Back in England, Laurie enjoys restoring classic cars and spends time working on many literary projects with his wife. To add to his lifetime achievements, he was made a Freeman of the Guild of Air Pilots and Navigators (now The Honourable Company of Air Pilots) and has been made a Freeman of the City of London.
