Mark A. Abramson is executive director of The PricewaterhouseCoopers Endowment for The Business of Government. Prior to joining The Endowment, he was chairman of Leadership Inc. Mr. Abramson served as the first president of the Council for Excellence in Government. He also served in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Nicole Willenz Gardner is a partner in PwC Consulting and guides the Learning Solutions Group's team of dedicated learning and education professionals. She is also the business unit leader for PwC Consulting's Human Capital Solutions practice in the public sector. She has published numerous articles on e-business, change management, and organizational best practices.
