If It's Not Broken...Polish It! is the resulting wisdom of the author's over 41 years of experience in the education field. While the information in this concise book has "heavy duty" implications, it is not supported by "heavy duty" research. The book, which seeks to improve leadership performance in educational and other organizations, was developed around the basic theme of relationship building. It provides useful information for decision-making, social and professional interaction, and effective leadership in schools and other organizations. Much of the material, though directed toward school settings, has universal application to leaders and administrators in various types of organizations.
