About the Author
Dr James Westbrook is a guitar tutor, historian, lecturer and expert author. A practising luthier as well as an academic, he has frequently worked as a guitar specialist and consultant for London auction houses Bonhams and Christies. He is a Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge, UK, where he completed his Doctoral research on guitar history.
