She has appeared as a pop culture critic and commentator on women's issues, children's rights, race and literacy on various popular and well known broadcasts; such as Good Morning America, The Today Show and CNN. Lauri Lyons has had photographs featured in a variety of publications, including The London Observer. In 2003 she became the first women to shoot the cover of Fortune Magazine.
