Graham Squires is a Senior Lecturer in Planning at the School of Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Birmingham, UK. Erwin Heurkens is a Lecturer in Urban Development Management at the Department of Real Estate and Housing, Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment, Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands.
