About Author

Professor Shaul Mishal teaches at the Department of Political Science at Tel Aviv University. He founded and directed the Institute for Israeli Arab Studies, and was a Visiting Professor of Political Science at Yale University; Dr. Ranan Kuperman teaches at the Department of International Relations at Haifa University, and serves as a researcher at the Israel Institute for Applied Social Research, at the Jaffee Center for Strategic Studies at Tel Aviv University, and at the Van Leer Institute in Jerusalcm; Mr. David Boas served for 15 years in the Ministry of Finance, Israel.
