About Author

Dr. Vergial Smith Webb is a Professor Emeritus of Education at Morgan State University. A distinguished teacher educator, Dr. Webb has served more than half a century in the teaching profession, beginning as a classroom teacher and serving later as a teacher of teachers and administrator in higher education.
