About Author

Canon Doble (1880-1945) spent much of his life as a country priest in Cornwall. His particular interest was in the study of dedications of churches, place names and legends of Saints. The volume is edited by Professor D. Simon Evans who also wrote an introduction, 'Our Early Welsh Saints and Histyory'.
