About Author

David B. Dillard-Wright, PhD teaches philosophy, religion and ethics at the University of South Carolina-Aiken and has studied meditation at the Sivananda centres Worldwide. Ravinder Jerath, MD, is a physician who has taught a pranayama technique of slow breathing to patients for over 25 years.
