About Author

Dr. Fein earned his doctorate in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University where he is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Administration. Dr. Mahoney received his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Gonzaga University and currently teaches courses in the same field at this academic institution.
