About Author

Claudia M. Baca, PMP, PMI Certified OPM3 (R) Assessor/Consultant, is an independent project management consultant and project management trainer. She has lectured at more than ten of the Project Management Institute chapters across the country. She has more than twenty years of project management experience and served on the leadership team that produced the Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) standard. She contributed to the best-selling PMP: Project Management Professional Study Guide and co-authored PMP: Project Management Professional Workbook and PMP: Project Management Study Guide Deluxe Edition.
