Claudia M. Baca, PMP, PMI Certified OPM3 (R) Assessor/Consultant, is an independent project management consultant and project management trainer. She has more than twenty years of project management experience and served on the leadership team that produced the Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) standard.
