Held at the University of Edinburgh in recognition of their newly founded Koestler Chair of Parapsychology, the thirtieth annual convention of the Parapsychological Association saw nearly 50 original presentations on empirical, methodological, philosophical, and historical themes, abstracted in this volume. Debra H. Weiner bDebra H. Weiner has published numerous experimental and review articles in parapsychology. She has taught parapsychology to undergraduates and advanced students, served on the Parapsychological Association (P.A.) Board of Directors, and was P.A. President in 1986. Robert L. Morris holds the Koestler Chair of Parapsychology in the Psychology Dept., University of Edinburgh. He has taught and conducted parapsychological research at the University of California, Santa Barbara and Irvine, as well as at Syracuse University. He served as P.A. President in 1974 and 1985.
