The thirty-first annual convention of the Parapsychological Association, held in Montreal, Quebec, included over 30 original presentations representing various aspects of contemporary parapsychological thought and activity. These previously unpublished papers, abstracted in this volume, deal with such issues as emerging PK paradigms, psychic 'signatures,' REG and EEG experiments, psychometrics and free-response studies, observational theories, poltergeists, remote viewing, and Ganzfeld studies.
Linda A. Henkel (B.A., Friends World College) has worked as an editorial assistant on the Journal of the American Society for Psychical Research and Parapsychology Abstracts International over the past four years. She works at the Parapsychology Sources of Information (PSI) Center. Rick E. Berger, Ph.D., an experimental social psychologist, has been involved in parapsychology for over a decade, having conducted research at the Psychophysical Research Laboratories and Science Unlimited Research Foundation. He has published experimental, methodological, and theoretical papers in parapsychological journals and is an active member of the Parapsychological Association.
