SWOU is focussed on advocacy, campaigning, cultural events and community support for sex workers. Toni has delivered a TED talk-"The Laws That Sex Workers Really Want."Molly Smith is a sex worker and also an activist with the Sex Worker Open University. She is also involved with SCOTPEP, a sex worker-led charity based in Edinburgh, which is working to decriminalise sex work in Scotland. She has written articles on sex work policy for the Guardian and the New Republic.
