- Biography: Patrick Flamm is Lecturer in International Relations at the School of History,Philosophy, Political Science and International Relations at Victoria Universityof Wellington. His research interests are South Korea as a rising power in globalaffairs, identity and foreign policy, as well as international environmental andAntarctic politics. Patrick studied Political Science and International Relationsat Goethe-University Frankfurt, Germany, and Korea University, Republic ofKorea, and holds a PhD in Asian Studies from the University of Auckland.
