This sweet, funny tale is written by Julia Hubery (A Friend Like You, Who Loves Baby) and illustrated by Caroline Pedler (Don't Wake the Bear, Hare! and There's No Such Thing As Monsters). About Author

Julia was born in Stamford and trained as an architect. She loves the countryside and nature, finding it a pool of inspiration to draw on in her writing. Julia now lives in Gosport with her husband and three children and hopes one day to get back to doing pottery - once her children have all grown up! She has published 12 picture books, translated into many languages. Caroline Pedler illustrated her first children's book in 1999, and has lost count of how many she has illustrated since! With an MA in Illustration-Authorial Practice under her belt, she always has something creative going on. Caroline lives in a lovely village in Cornwall, where she enjoys walking her dog Bobo, meeting up with friends, and drinking copious amounts of Lady Grey tea.
