Laurence Burgorgue-Larsen is Professor at the Sorbonne Law School, Member of the Institut de Recherche en droit international et europeen de la Sorbonne (IREDIES), Director of the Studies Group on International Law and Latin American Law, and Director of the Master 2 'Human Rights and the European Union'. Burgorgue-Larsen is the Director of the Collection 'Cahiers europeens' (Pedone) and serves on the advisory boards of numerous legal journals and scientific societies. From 2012 to 2019, she was a member of the Constitutional Court of Andorra (Pres. between 2014 and 2016). Burgorgue-Larsen has been invited to universities in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Her tri-lingual research and teaching include the subjects of human rights law, comparative constitutional law, and international law.
