The accordion is a most versatile instrument, whether being played 'just for fun' or as a serious study the accordion is an instrument which has developed from its humble folk music beginnings to one of major importance in the world of music.
This tutor is suitable for beginners and players up to intermediate standard, although the music included could benefit players beyond this. Care has been taken to include a sufficient theoretical grounding, and most of the pieces are classical in content although some popualr standards have been included. Chord symbols are also explained in later chapters.
