The work offers an intellectual history of Decision Support Systems, examining major themes and trends in the field over the past three and a half decades. Dr. Sean Eom is Professor of Management Information Systems at Southeast Missouri State University. In recognition of excellence in scholarly activities and research, he was appointed as Copper Dome Faculty Fellow in Research in Donald L. Harrison College of Business during the 1994-1996 and 1998-2000 academic years. He received a PhD in Management Science from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
